In the event of a claim
If you are unfortunate enough to suffer a loss and need to make a claim, we will endeavour to ensure that the process is as simple as possible.
In the first instance, you should telephone your insurance company as soon as possible after the incident. You will find the claims telephone number within your policy document. It is important that you do not authorise repairs to your vehicle or your property until and unless your insurance company has approved such repairs.
Most insurance companies operate a 24 hour telephone helpline and will provide immediate help and advice.
Don't forget that you will also need details of your policy when reporting your claim.

The advice we give is free of charge and we are quite happy to provide advice face to face at a time to suit you.
We will gather some relevant information from you in relation to your financial circumstances and your requirements and this information will be recorded on a Fact Find Document which is strictly private and confidential.
After we have gathered the required information, we will conduct some research before coming back to you with some recommendations to help meet your demands and needs.
